Goodness, I truly feel I have been drawn to the miracle of birth as long as I can remember. As the oldest of 5 children, I appointed myself a pseudo momma at a very young age and loved every minute of it. I graduated from Mississippi College in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Interpersonal and Public Communication and a minor in Psychology. I worked all the random creative jobs from a bakery to wedding florist to summer camp administration to private school until I was invited to attend my first home birth in February of 2021 and my heart was completely rearranged. I completed doula certification through Birth Boot Camp and became a birth assistant later that year— attending births at home, birth centers, as well as hospitals ever since.

At the pivotal and humbling age of 30 I knew I wanted to keep learning and growing and take the next step in becoming a midwife. I started midwifery school in 2023 at Mercy in Action College of Midwifery and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Midwifery in May of 2026 after 3 years of clinicals under numerous incredible preceptors and practices in the greater Houston area. I received my License in June of 2026.

In my free time I enjoy attempting to make the perfect cup of coffee, getting words and pictures out of my head and onto paper, and keeping my plants alive.
